FAQs
How will you ensure we are 10ft apart during class? Each instructor will mark out or help direct each participant to a specific spot to stand. There is also a form/waiver all moms will be required to fill out before attending any in-person class, agreeing to abide by these standards.
Will there be bathrooms on location? Not at this time. The facility and any indoor access are closed.
What kind of equipment will we use? Classes may include the use of a mat, resistance band, mini band, and free weights. Nothing will be shared or lent. Both resistance bands and mini bands are available for purchase. Please contact jlungren@fit4mom.com to purchase any equipment.
When will I incur a fee if I don't unenroll and do not attend class? If you fail to unenroll, and do not show up to class, then you will be charged for the class.
What if it's bad weather? The class will be canceled in the event of bad weather. You will be able to attend the virtual class offering for that day. In the case of a class canceled by FIT4MOM Arlington-Alexandria for reasons unrelated to weather, you will not incur a fee and will not forfeit a class credit.
What if I already have a class pass? If you have already purchased a 10 Class Pass, you can attend class with your pass. If you have questions, please contact us before you sign up for a class to make things easier: Jlungren@fit4mom.com or lainemoses@fit4mom.com
Can I use My Membership plan? All memberships that were previously for in-person classes CAN be reinstated for your in-person classes. At this time, we are including In-Person and Virtual Workouts with your previous membership.
Can I keep just my virtual Membership? Yes, that that is good for virtual classes only. You can purchase a single Drop-In Class to attend in-person classes. Discounts are offered to all those with Virtual Memberships. Purchase HERE
Can I just pay to drop into a class? Yes.
Is this the plan moving forward? We are making decisions based on locations and government restrictions. Ultimately the goal is to return to our full class schedule and offerings. However, we need to follow all government guidelines and protect the health and safety of all our mamas and babes.
Is there any chance you would continue virtual workouts once we have returned to our 100% in-person class format/schedule? If there is continued interest, TOTALLY!
