Fall Running Club kicks off September 23rd!!! 
Try your First Run FREE 
Come run with us as we prepare for a 5k/10k in November at the 
Santa Cruz Turkey Trot and/or Thanksgiving Day Run for Pie!  

Run Club is a program for all levels; you'll improve running distance and speed through our Sunday morning groups runs, weekly cross training workouts at the time of your choice, and nutrition support. Run Club will give you a fun opportunity to focus on your overall health and fitness this Fall Season while connecting with mom friends! 
Strength in Motherhood
Each week we will meet for a group run and provide at home exercises focused on building core strength necessary for improving your speed and endurance!
Community Connection
Many of our moms come for the workout and stay for the community. Our programs are all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
