Holiday HIIT Workouts: 4 Weeks
Our signature High Intensity Interval Training program is just for moms (no kiddos) and will keep you motivated, moving, and feeling accomplished during this busy time of year. 
The 4-week sessions is filled with all the sweaty goodness, challenges, coaching and support, you want, and without a long term commitment! This is the ideal way for mom to make time for herself, recommit to her fitness routine, and make sure weekly workouts are a priority, even with all things Holiday!
November 27th - December 20th
Tu & Th: 5:30-6:30am in Pleasure Point 
Tu & Th 9-10am at Sky Park 
Reconnect to your inner strength while connecting to a community of moms in a supportive, encouraging environment.  
Focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. Each class ends with a meditation to leave you feeling recharged and empowered.
