Body Back Mini Sessions
Body Back® is our signature High Intensity Interval Training program just for moms (no kiddos)!
The 4-week sessions is filled with the sweaty goodness, challenges, coaching and support, but without a long term commitment or the results-based assessment component. This is the ideal way for mom to recommit to herself as the kids head back to school and make sure weekly workouts are a priority!
* Classes are held on Tues & Thurs in Pleasure Point and Scotts Valley beginning August 23rd *
