Joe & Jodie Privett would like to announce their retirement from San Juan Pools & Spas of Pekin. They have enjoyed the last 28 years serving customers. Their time as co-owners will cease at the end of 2021. We don’t know what the future holds for them, but they look forward to their next adventure. While there will be changes in the focus of San Juan Pools, it will continue to be owned and operated by long time co-owners Russ & Paula Hinderliter along with Brent Hinderliter and his family.
We know that this will raise questions with our customers and we’ve attempted to answer many of them below. Feel free to give us a call with any additional questions you may have. As always, we are glad to help.
Is San Juan Pools Closing for Good? NO & YES
No -- the Service Department and In Ground Pool Construction departments are NOT Closing. They will contine to operate as they always have.
Yes -- only the walk-in Retail Store is closing.
When will the retail store close?
Currently the retail store is open Wednesday through Saturday. We will close the walk-in portion of the retail store right before Christmas.
After then, how can I purchase water care products?
We plan to continue our on-line store. You can find it mysanjuanpools.com. Product availability may be limited for the first few months.
I have a hot tub or in ground pool on order. Does this affect me?
This change will not affect any products that are currently on order. We are still scheduled to receive and deliver all of the hot tubs and in ground pools that are on order.
What about the warranty on my hot tub or in ground pool?
This change does not affect your warranty in any way.
Who performs warranty work on my hot tub or in ground pool?
San Juan Pools has requested to remain a warranty station for Hot Spring Spas, Freeflow Spas, and Endless Pools. If a warranty situation arises, call the service department to coordinate the repair.
