The Summer Intensive Language Program at Monterey will help you achieve your language learning goals and communicate with confidence while you spend a summer in beautiful Monterey, California.
The program runs from June 14 – August 8, 2018
Summer
  • Eight weeks (equivalent to one academic year of study).
  • Beautiful coastal California location.
  • The perfect time to focus soley on your French skills.
Language
  • Integrated reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Understanding of cultural, social, and historical context of French language use.
Intensive
  • Small classes (average of eight students).
  • Four and a half hours of class each day.
  • In-language cocurricular activites, such as a viticulture lesson and a visit to a French crêperie.
Program
  • Curricular focus on current world events and materials.
  • Individual projects to develop fluency in particular fields of interest.
  • Designed for both professional and academic goals.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is $4,175 ($522 per unit).
You can waive the $50 application fee if you reference “SILPpartner” in the fee waiver section of your application. Scholarships resources are available.
