Oregon State Law actually states that a Dealer's Advertised (or posted) price must include all fees and charges with the exception of:
DMV fees (Title, Registration, Etc)
Any Applicable Taxes
Doc Fee (Max Fee $150)

"GET READY" or "PDI" FEES
