The WELL team created an Alternative Spring Break Guide for helping students nourish and elevate their time off from school and find ways to creative, curious and engaged during this overwhelming time.
Now more than ever, we need to look after our SBCC community and take care of our collective health and wellness.
The WELL is currently working on creating a dynamic Digital Health & Wellness Series where students will gain access to educational health tutorial videos where students will develop tangible wellness skills and gain insight into a variety of holistic health practices. The goal of this series is for students to become empowered to take care of their health during times of high stress and anxiety and to retain continuity in their wellness journey.
