Welcome to the APSI registration system through Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) at Oakland University. This site will allow you to browse our AP course listings and register for courses.
Purchase Orders:
If your school district is paying on your behalf, please complete Billing Authorization located on the “Billing & Payment Info” tab at https://www.oakland.edu/pace/education/advanced-placement/. Please return completed form and PACE will send you a Purchase Order Code within 7 business days. This code will allow you to complete your registration through the Purchase Order option at final checkout.
College Board®:
Upon registering you MUST create an account with College Board®. Click (
here) to create your College Board Account.

Instructions for Registering through PACE
To browse our current list of offerings, click the small magnifying glass above the Advanced Search link. You will see the list of all the individual courses currently offered for Advanced Placement at Oakland University on the left-hand side of the screen.
To see a detailed view of the courses in a full-screen option, click the link for Detailed View. To exit the Detailed View, click the View and continue registration button at the bottom of the full-screen option.
The search option in either view in the Schedule Builder shows the best results using either broad topic searches or with specific course numbers or titles.
Building a Schedule:
Select “Who you are trying to register?” using the drop down box to the right of the words Schedule Builder, Select “Just yourself”, or “Yourself and/or others”.
After searching for the course of interest, click and drag it into the schedule builder. You may add multiple courses to the schedule builder but will have to add each one at a time. The course(s) will populate your calendar.
The schedule building function will detect a schedule conflict by notifying you with a warning message. You may also save your schedule for later viewing and registration by clicking the Save button in the corner.
Registration:
After building your schedule and you are ready to register, click the View and Continue Registration and/or Register button in the right hand corner of the schedule builder.
New Student – New students will need to create an account to register for selected courses. When prompted, select Create a New Account and follow the instructions. You will be asked for personal information that will allow you to create an account. Your Grizzly ID (GID) will display along with a message to check your e-mail for instructions on how to reset your Grizzly PIN. The e-mail will contain instructions on how to login to our Oakland University learning community.
Returning Student – Returning students are required to log in to their account by typing in their assigned Grizzly ID (GID) and personal PIN, or their university e-mail (Net ID) and password.
If you selected Yourself and/or others, click on a class on the left and then select the students from the Students You Can Register list on the right. If the person you are trying to register is not yet a student, click the Create new account button to create the new student. If the person is already a student, but not listed on the right, you will need to call PACE to have them added to your account. If you wish to go back and add another class, you can click the Back to schedule builder button to add another class. Once you have completed assigning students to the class(es), click the Continue registration button to continue the checkout process.
Payment and Check Out:
Once you have registered for your class, you will proceed to the payment options section. Payment is expected in full at checkout. Select “Payment Option” and click Continue.
