| Annual Enrollment for Benefits Is Coming!
It's almost that time of year when benefits eligible employees have the opportunity to change their elections for the upcoming calendar year. Please take note of the following:
- The enrollment period will run from November 1 through November 12, 2021
- Our medical insurance carriers will be consolidated from four national carriers down to two.
- Given the carrier changes, we’re requiring all benefits eligible employees to make an ACTIVE election this enrollment season (to avoid default carrier selection from occurring)
- All changes for 2022 Annual Enrollment will be communicated in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for enrollment information in your email and home mailbox.

| Commuter Benefits Update
HealthEquity has acquired WageWorks, so the website and instructions for accessing your commuter benefits account have changed. (Note: If you previously had an account with WageWorks, your Username and Password are still the same.) Follow the instructions below to access your account (or create a new account).
- Go to https://healthequity.com/learn/commuter (Note: Internet Explorer is NOT recommended; use Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or any other browser).
- Hover over the Login icon, select WageWorks, then select Employee Login.
- Enter your Username and Password if previously enrolled, or select Register to create an account.
- Select Parking or Transit on the left, then follow the remaining instructions on the site.
As a reminder, you can change, stop, or resume your order if your needs change. For example, if you move, change commutes, or are going to be away from work for a while, you can change or cancel your election at any time.
