The 2018 Global Employee Engagement Survey Is Here!

Keep Getting Healthier. There's More Money to Win.  

Yup. We’re still giving employees a chance at winning $1,000 cash just for learning more about their health and taking some control. Here’s how it works:
  1. Register on aramark.sharecare.com.
  2. Download the Sharecare app.
  3. Take the RealAge test.
  4. Earn green days. Already took the RealAge test? Use the app to start tracking your sleep, steps, stress, diet and more. You’ll earn a green day for each day 8 out of 13 health factors are green.
We’re drawing three $1,000 winners in July. There are two ways to win this quarter:
  • Complete your RealAge test by June 30 (if you haven’t already) – get one entry.
  • Earn 60 green days between April 1 and June 30 – get one entry.
And remember, if you earn 150 green days by December 31, you get a $250 credit in an FSA or HSA.* No drawing involved. That’s all yours! Use your FSA/HSA to pay for health care expenses, such as your deductible and copays.

Associates eligible for standard Aramark medical benefits are eligible to participate in Sharecare and earn incentives. Eligibility varies for part-time and union associates. Any questions concerning associates covered under a collective bargaining agreement should be directed to their local manager.
*You must be an active associate on December 31, 2018 to be eligible to receive the reward. FSA rules apply. If you’re enrolled in a 2019 Aramark High Deductible Health Plan, the annual award will be credited in a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Do You Have New Team Members or Employees Returning from Leave? Tell Them About myPay!
As employees join your team or return from leave, make sure they have the information they need to successfully log in to myPay and view their pay information. It just takes 5 minutes!

Through employee self-service in myPay, employees can access and print their pay statements, manage their direct deposit and pay card, change their mailing address and more.

Earlier this year, we launched the first wave of the myHR and Hourly Recruiting functions to our Facilities, K-12, and Higher Education lines of business. Wave 2 is right around the corner and the HR team is gearing up to continue our nation-wide roll-out to our Business Dining, Corrections, Healthcare Technologies, Healthcare Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment and Leisure locations on April 23, 2018.
