On Saturday local authorities issued a Stay-at-Home Order for our county. This quick and unexpected order is in place from midnight, March 23, through 11:59 pm, April 23rd, and we will follow those mandated guidelines.
What does this mean for H&H Color Lab and for you?
We will have only essential staff on site to keep minimum basic operations running. We will continue to practice social distancing and other health recommendations as recommended by the CDC.
Remote customer service staff will continue to be available throughout this crisis to help with your questions. You may experience additional wait times, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation. Our systems are functional, and we are able to continue to accept orders. Turnaround times will be in flux until we are able to resume normal operations after April 23rd. We expect to return to full strength beginning April 24 - working 7-days a week, around the clock if necessary, to get your orders back to you.
After today, if you have an order that needs to be processed prior to April 24, or have any questions on a specific order, please contact customer service. The timeliness of fulfilling orders will fall short of our normal delivery times. We intend to do our best to fulfill orders in a way that complies with governmental mandates and our social obligation to partner with our community to take action that mitigates the spread of this virus.
