HKUST’s campus occupies a 150-acre site of sweeping natural beauty on the Clear Water Bay peninsula in East Kowloon. The faculty of the HKUST Business School is recruited globally and many of them have previously taught at top business schools around the world.

HKUST is regularly ranked in the top 10 for Asian universities by the QS World University Rankings.

Please note: every course may not be offered during the particular semester the student is abroad. If admitted to the program, you may send additional course syllabi to Stern’s International Exchange & Special Programs for evaluation.

Housing:

Exchange students will have accommodation on-campus depending on availability. Students should pay attention to the deadlines as application forms are directly submitted to the Student Housing Office (SHO). All housing options are double occupancy. On campus accommodations typically cost HK$8,400 per semester.

1 USD = 7.78 Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) (As of September 2021)

Food: approximately HK$35/meal on campus
Books & Class Reading Materials: approximately HK$1,500/semester
Local Transportation & Personal Expenses: approximately HK$12,000 per semester
