Outfitters in the Ozarks, get ready for a new era in health care solutions! The Family Health Center officially open, providing high-quality health care services in a convenient location, just across the street from Base Camp in Springfield, Mo.
Thanks to Johnny’s leadership and vision, we’re so proud to open one of the finest employee health care facilities in America. The Family Health Center will be operated by Premise Health – the leading health care provider that runs more than 800 wellness centers in 45 states and Guam.
Inspired by Johnny’s visits to both Toyota and Swarovski Optik’s headquarters, the new Family Health Center will offer services that include primary care, preventive exams, allergy and flu shots, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, women’s health and wellness coaching, covering all Ozarks-area Outfitters who work for Bass Pro Shops, and their dependents ages 2 and older who are covered by a Bass Pro Shops medical plan. That includes team members at Base Camp, Bass Pro Shops retail locations, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, White River Marine Group boat plants and Big Cedar Lodge.
Staffed by full-time doctors, registered nurses and a pharmacist, the facility is equipped with a drive-up pharmacy for prescription needs and offers over-the-counter medicine at highly discounted prices. Outfitters will also be able to purchase natural products including vitamins and other supplements from Nature’s Wonders, another Ozarks-based company, thanks to our friends and partners Chris and Michelle Rost.
