As you prepare to review your benefits during Open Enrollment Nov. 4 - 20, please take time to explore the wide variety of discounts and benefits we offer, including some of our existing benefits and several exciting new offerings for 2025. 
On March 28, 2024, we announced that starting January 1, 2025, Bass Pro Shops is increasing its 401(k) company contribution by 50% from 4% to 6%, representing our sincere gratitude to the Greatest Team Ever in the Great Outdoors. 
While health insurance rates are projected to increase nationwide by an average of 9% in 2025, we are proud that our Outfitters' insurance rates have historically remained significantly below this average. In fact, this year our Core and Value plans are increasing by just one-third of the industry rate. We are dedicated to offsetting rising costs and ensuring our team continues to receive the best benefits possible.
Plus, for the second consecutive year, there will be no increase in dental and vision insurance. 
Get ready for deeper discounts nationwide and more affordable prescriptions. We're thrilled to announce that CVS Caremark will be our new pharmacy benefit provider for 2025! Enjoy the convenience of filling your prescriptions at numerous locations, including CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and more. Plus, take advantage of even lower pricing on CVS mail-order prescriptions.

The ALL- NEW Bass Pro Shops Family Health Center is proud to extend service to Outfitters across the U.S. by providing options for virtual care. As an Outfitter you now have access to high-quality medical consultations from your phone or computer ensuring you have access to the best care whenever, and wherever, you may need it.
We are honored to partner with Premise Health to operate the Bass Pro Shops Family Health Center.  Premise is the leading health care provider operating more than 800 wellness centers in 45 states and Guam. Premise Health’s reputation as best-in-class has been earned by operating centers for some of the largest commercial and municipal employers.
Tim Stack, Executive Vice President of SRC and a member of our extended Bass Pro Shops family, recently shared his experience from the Family Health Center:

In 2024, we proudly celebrated our nearly 4,000 veteran Outfitters. As a heartfelt thank you for their service, we invited them to several unforgettable events, including a special tour of the Veterans Tower before the Rolling Stones concert and the honor of giving the starting command for America’s Night Race. 
This year, we also provided Outfitters with exclusive access to memorable events at Bristol, concerts at Thunder Ridge and PBR events nationwide. 
Looking ahead to 2025, Outfitters can continue to enjoy discounts on annual or individual passes to our unique conservation attractions, including Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium and Dogwood Canyon Nature Park.
A new, enhanced time off program for first-year hourly Outfitters will allow team members to take time for sick or personal reasons. Starting January 1, 2025, all hourly Outfitters will be eligible to earn up to 48 hours – equivalent to 6 days – time off in their first year. This is a significant enhancement from our current program.

Since its founding in 2016, the Bass Pro Cares Fund – initiated by Bass Pro Shops family member, Megan Stack Morris, has provided more than $4 million to help Outfitters of Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, White River Marine Group and Big Cedar Lodge facing unexpected crisis. 
Funded by the generosity of Bass Pro Shops Outfitters and further supported with donations made by the Morris family, the Bass Pro Shops Cares Fund has issued grants to help Outfitters and their families after natural disasters, accidents, illnesses and other hardships including those recently affected by the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene and Milton. 
As you consider your options for the coming year, we encourage you to use the new myVoyage tool for guidance in choosing your health plans and benefits. Accessible on the Workday homepage, this complimentary digital resource will guide you step-by-step through your benefits options, asking questions and offering personalized guidance for selecting benefits such as medical, dental, vision and critical illness coverage.

Enroll or make changes to your 2025 benefits in Workday from Nov. 4 to Nov. 20. Any changes you make will become effective Jan. 1, 2025.
This year's Open Enrollment is passive, so your current benefit selections will automatically roll over if no action is taken. However, please note that Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) must be elected annually. Additionally, all hourly Outfitters will be automatically enrolled in Voluntary Short-Term Disability benefit unless they opt out.
