Nowadays, meditation is used as a complimentary therapy, ideal to reduce stress and fortify your thoughts and body.

Meditation is a powerful tool. You take 2 minutes to achieve a feeling of peace of mind. Here is how: 
  • For 90 seconds, connect with that emotion that may be bothering you and feel it deeply, name it, take it to a peak state. Feel safe reviewing this emotion. It’s only for the next 90 seconds.

  • Shake your hands, move your head from side to side.

  • Think for –at least– 30 seconds about the reasons in your life to feel deep gratefulness. Cherish that sensation and recall it whenever you start feeling a negative emotion.

  • Just put your hands at the center of your chest in Mudra of Prayer, close your eyes and stay quiet. Now inhale and repeat 3 times: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO.

    ONG is similar to OM, and means the creative energy.

    NAMO has origin in NAMASTE, which means to bow.

     GURU is the one who brings us light.

      DEV means subtle or divine, it searches the connection with our wisdom.

    So, this phrase is a way to open new positive energies, and relax your being. It only requires consistency and daily sessions to experience incredible benefits. Practicing on a regular basis, you will:
