Relaxation

With everyone staying at home, it can seem as though our problems are neverending and as soon as one thing is dealt with, another one pops up. When stress is prolonged then it can begin to be a danger to our mental well-being and even our physical well-being. Meditation and excercise could be combined with hydrotherapy and aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy
Many people like to enjoy aromatherapy by adding a few drops of essential oils to a bath and just soaking in peace and quiet. Others like to try using diffusers to fill the room with pleasant aromas to help keep you calm throughout the day. Combinations to try:

Hydrotherapy
Water is a vital element in our world, we all need it for living and its benefits go beyond the hydration and purification, as well it has other applications besides drinking it. Hydrotherapy, (which is the use of water for therapeutic purposes) provides the following benefits:
Strengthen the immune system
Reduce stress
Improve blood circulation
Relieve muscle pain such as contractures or tendinitis
Facilitate breathing
Prevent digestive disorders
Increase stamina and body strength

Here are some techniques that you can try at home.
Foot Soaks
Perfect to reduce anxiety and insomniait also relieves muscle soreness due to its anti-inflammatory effect. You just need to put your feet in a tub with hot water for a few minutes and add some sea salt.
Facial Steam Bath
In a covered pot boil water with a plant of your preference, it could be thyme, eucalyptus or rosemary; sit in front of the pot and uncover it a little bit to inhale the steam, it is important to cover your head with a towel so the steam doesn’t escape. This treatment is an excellent cure for nasal congestion, cleaning impurities and improving blood circulation.
Hot Bath
Fill the bathtub with hot water, add some bath salts and rest inside for 30 minutes. You could even add some aromatheraphy or soft music to complement your bath.
