MISSION

We are driven by a dream that one day -- every person with cystic fibrosis will have the chance to live a long, healthy life. Recognized globally, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundaton has led the way in the fight against CF, fueling extraordinary medical and scientific progress. Our vision is a cure for every person with CF and a life free from the burden of this disease. We will not leave anyone behind.
Today, because of improved medical treatments and care, more than half of people with CF are age 18 or older. We are working toward the day when someone will be able to say, Cystic Fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs.
Did you know cystic fibrosis affects the entire body?
