TABLE HOSTS
If you have not submitted your table members’ names and email addresses, please send them to CF Foundation staff member, Camille Brown at cbrown@cff.org as soon as possible so that we can reach out to them and help them register.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Even though guests are seated at a table, all guests must register individually before the event. Registration ensures we have your contact info for check-in, auction bidding, and event updates. Click here to register.
Please register in advance and sign the event waiver. This will help streamline the check-in process at the event. Guests may also check-in when they arrive. It just won't be as quick.
Check-in for all guests opens at 5:30pm. Doors to the ballroom open at 6:00pm
When you arrive, all guests are asked to visit a volunteer at the registration desk to receive your table number and a program book with a Live Auction bid number on the back. (Please do not skip this step when you arrive!)
After you check-in, grab a drink to start your evening and view the auction items in the reception area. From trips, to art, to entertainment packages, we have 250+ items that appeal to many different tastes!
When the doors to the grand ballroom open at 6:00pm, we invite you to find your table and begin sampling food from our incredible tasting stations around the ballroom. When sampling the booths, there is no need to wait in one big line. Simply grab a plate and go to the tasting station you'd like to sample. Menu items for each booth will be listed in the printed program.
SILENT AUCTION
Once you register, you will receive information about participating in our online auction in advance of the event. Please take a moment to look through our auction items and bid at your leisure. The silent auction will be closing on Nov 22 at 8:00pm.
Auction Notification and Pick Up
Winner notifications will be sent as soon as the auction closes. You’ll receive a message letting you know which items you’ve won, along with a secure link to complete payment online. Auction item pick-up will open at the conclusion of the program (around 9:30 PM) in the Reception area and will remain open until 11:00 PM. Please have proof of payment ready when picking up your items. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all guests, we kindly ask that you wait until the designated pick-up time. Any items not collected that evening will be available for pick-up from the CF Foundation office by appointment only. Thank you for helping us keep the process organized by not requesting early pick-up.

BREATH OF LIFE AWARDJoin us in congratulating Abbie Stockard, Miss America 2025, who will be awarded with the Breath of Life award at this year's event!
Abbie is a 23-year-old dancer, choreographer, and proud Alabama native. A senior at Auburn University, she is a member of the Tiger Paws Dance Team and a dedicated student in Auburn’s College of Nursing. With plans to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse, Abbie will fully fund her education using the $89,000 in scholarships she earned through the Miss America Opportunity.
Abbie’s commitment to service extends beyond health advocacy. She has worked with state and national leaders to advance impactful legislation and plans to continue using her platform to amplify awareness for CF while demonstrating the powerful influence of women in leadership. A dedicated Mission Partner and Best Buddies Champion, Abbie has also raised funds for the American Heart Association (AHA) and was recognized with the prestigious AHA Go Red for Women Leadership Award during the Miss America Competition.
Inspired by her best friend, Maddie, Abbie is a passionate advocate for Cystic Fibrosis (CF). She was honored as the “2024 Hero of Hope” by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and named an Official National Ambassador for the organization. Her advocacy efforts have raised over $200,000 for CF research, including leading Alabama’s largest CF fundraiser and collaborating with researchers nationwide to accelerate progress toward a cure.
Abbie exemplifies the organization’s mission of service, scholarship, and leadership. She strives to empower ambitious young women, leaving a legacy of advocacy and purpose while continuing her relentless fight for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

FAQDo I need to bring anything to check in?
No tickets are issued — each guest will need to register using the link on the webpage before the event. Then check in under your name at the registration table. All guests must check in at the registration desk to get your bid number for the live auction.
Is there parking?
Yes, self-parking is available for a fee in the Grand America’s parking garage. Valet is also available for a fee.
Can I invite a friend?
Absolutely! If you’d like to fill additional seats at the table or invite someone to purchase a ticket, share this link here.
How do I bid in the auction?
Auction bidding will be online. Once you register as a guest for the event, you’ll receive a link to preview auction items and start bidding.
Are there any tips and tricks for a great evening?
- Arrive early to get first access to tasting booths when the doors open at 6:00pm.
- Pre-register for the event to view silent auction items ahead of the event.
- Charge your phone so you can bid and share photos easily
- Follow us on social media for event updates and sneak peeks.
What if I want to volunteer?

Is there a discounted room rate if I want to stay overnight at the hotel?
Is there a fundraising expectation?
Your presence is the most important thing! If you feel inspired, you’ll have opportunities to bid, donate, or make a gift that night. Every dollar helps advance the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Can I use my Donor Advised Fund to make a gift?
When making a gift through a donor advised fund, please consult with your DAF sponsoring organization and tax and/or legal advisor on their proper use. DAFs cannot be used to cover the cost of any portion of an auction purchase and may not be used for any portion of the cost of attendance. DAFs may only be used for sponsorships for events if the cost of attendance is fully covered by other funds or the sponsorship is fully tax deductible. Please work with your individual DAF to recommend general grants to support events. As a reminder, CFF is unable to provide tax or legal advice.
Going Cashless Statement
In lieu of cash, we ask that you make all payments/contributions to the CF Foundation with a credit card or check. To speed up event check in, please send checks to the office (455 East 500 South, Suite 308, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) prior to the event.
