HoneyBaked Coconut Cake
Our exceptionally moist, layered Coconut Cake is made with real cream cheese; the coconut cream filling combines sour cream and cream of coconut. Covered in a whipped-cream topping and coconut flakes, it's a light, tropical taste that's the perfect conclusion to any meal. Serves 8-10.
Blackberry Bramble Mocktail
Makes four. Here's what you'll need:
 – 1 cup frozen blackberries
 – 10 juniper berries
 – 1/3 cup sugar
 – 3 lemons, juiced
 – 1 sprig of rosemary
 – 6-8 cups of ice
 – Sparkling water

Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring the blackberries, juniper berries, and sugar in a pot with a splash of water to a simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, then blend until smooth. 
2. Add lemon juice and rosemary and blend. 
3. Add ice to the blender and break it down in batches.
4. Fill glasses half way through with crushed ice, then pour your lemon/rosemary/berry mix into each glass, add a splash of sparkling water and top each glass with ice all the way to the top. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
