Ham + Melon Skewers

Keep it fresh with a HoneyBaked Ham spring appetizer tray! Here's what you'll need:
- 1lb. HoneyBaked Ham
- Cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese balls
- Long toothpicks
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Cilantro, mint, or basil

Cut your HoneyBaked Ham slices into bite-sized squares. Assemble squares of HoneyBaked Ham, mozzarella cheese, and cantaloupe on your long toothpicks. Repeat for remaining ingredients. Assemble on a platter, and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar and honey. Enjoy!

King's Hawaiian Easter Sliders

These King’s Hawaiian Easter Sliders are sure to make your tummy hoppy! Here's what you'll need:
- 2lb. HoneyBaked Ham
- 1 pkg. King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 pkg. Swiss Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Carrots
- HoneyBaked Three Pepper Mayo
- HoneyBaked Champagne Mustard

Spread Three Pepper Mayo on one side of rolls and Champagne Mustard on the other. Assemble HoneyBaked Ham, cheese, and shredded carrots on the rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with a pinwheel toothpick for an added spring touch, and enjoy!

HoneyBaked Quiche

How do you do Easter Leftovers? We recommend a HoneyBaked Quiche! Here's what you'll need:
- 1lb. HoneyBaked Ham, chopped
- 5 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add filling and milk and mix well. Pour mixture into frozen pie crust. Place quiche on cookie sheet and bake on the middle oven rack for 45-50 minutes, or until top is browned and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy!

HoneyBaked Three Pepper Mayo Deviled Eggs

We’re saying hello to spring with our Bacon and Three Pepper Mayo Deviled Eggs. Here's what you'll need:
- 1lb. HoneyBaked Bacon, fried
- HoneyBaked Three Pepper Mayo
- 1 dozen eggs
- Paprika and chives, for garnish

Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks. Mash yolks with a fork, then stir in mayo and crumbled bacon until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into each egg-white half. Top with crumbled bacon, chives, and paprika. Enjoy!
