World Mental Health Day, observed on October 10, is an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. This year, with the COVID-19 outbreak taking a toll on us all, it is more important than ever to assess our own mental health and to reach out to others who may need support.
