World Suicide Awareness Month Toolkit
Suicide has become a global public health crisis despite being readily preventable. That's because stigma, misinformation, and silence continue to stand in the way of people getting the help they need. The following resources are designed to equip you with the knowledge and resources you need to recognise the warning signs of suicide, respond with compassion, and take action to prevent self-harm. Whether you are supporting a colleague, a loved one, or yourself, understanding the facts can make a life-saving difference.
You are not alone. Help is always available.
