Confidential Counseling and Emotional Support
Personal setbacks, emotional conflicts or just the demands of daily life can affect work, health and family. With help from the LifeResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP), they don’t have to. The LifeResources EAP, powered by ComPsych, is available through HealthTrust to employees and retirees of Member Groups that offer HealthTrust medical coverage and to the employees' and retirees' eligible dependents and household members.
To access EAP resources, call 800.759.8122 or log in to a Secure Enrollee Portal account and click on the LifeResources button. Eligible users can also visit guidanceresources.com and/or download the GuidanceNow (EAP) app and enter the Web ID – LIFERESOURCES – to create a username and password.
With the LifeResources EAP, experienced, caring clinicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help with issues including:
- Anxiety, depression, stress
- Grief, loss and life adjustments
- Relationship/marital conflicts
