Through the LifeResources EAP, eligible individuals can consult financial experts, including CPAs and Certified Financial Planners, who can assist with a wide range of issues, as well as access online digital tools that can help them get control of their finances. The LifeResources EAP, powered by ComPsych, is available through HealthTrust to employees and retirees of Member Groups that offer HealthTrust medical coverage and to those employees' and retirees' eligible dependents and household members.
To access EAP resources, call 800.759.8122 or log in to a Secure Enrollee Portal account and click on the LifeResources button. Eligible users can also visit guidanceresources.com and/or download the GuidanceNow (EAP) app and enter the Web ID – LIFERESOURCES – to create a username and password.
