Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT)
The LifeResources EAP Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) program offers interactive self-care and emotional health tools and resources to help eligible individuals tackle common issues. The LifeResources EAP, powered by ComPsych, is available through HealthTrust to employees and retirees of Member Groups that offer HealthTrust medical coverage and to the employees' and retirees' eligible dependents and household members.
How to Access CCBT
To use these valuable tools, you will need to be registered with ComPsych and then create an account in the Koa Care 360 app. To get started, visit the ComPsych homepage. You have three options for doing this:
- Log in to your HealthTrust Secure Enrollee Portal (SEP) account and click the LifeResources button.
- Visit the ComPsych website, guidanceresources.com.
- Download the GuidanceNow app.
Register and Create an Account in the Koa Care 360 App
- On the homepage on the ComPsych website or in the app, click on Digital Self-Care Tools.
- Enter your email to register.
- On your smartphone, in your app store, search Koa Care 360 and download the app to your phone.
- Open the downloaded app and click “Create your account” on the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the same email address you used to register with ComPsych and click Continue.
- Enter your name, the same email address you used above and then create a password, following the guidelines given.
- Click Create Account.
- The Koa Care 360 app will send a validation code to the email address you provided. Enter that code where indicated to verify your account.
- Now you’re ready to start your mental health journey!

- Personalized, guided resources and motivational support.
- Secure access through GuidanceResources Online.
