Manager Resources
The LifeResources EAP, powered by ComPsych and available through HealthTrust, offers valuable tools and resources for managers at HealthTrust Medical Member Groups. These resources have been shown to help boost productivity, reduce absenteeism and grievances, and improve morale.
To access EAP resources, call 800.759.8122 or log in to a Secure Enrollee Portal account and click on the LifeResources button. You can also visit guidanceresources.com and/or download the GuidanceNow (EAP) app and enter the Web ID – LIFERESOURCES – to create a username and password.
Resources for managers include:
- More than 100 workshops on a variety of personal, professional and work-life topics, some targeted for managers, some for employees (you can schedule trainings for your staff), and some for both
