Employees, retirees and their dependents and household members can access their LifeResources EAP services anytime, anywhere from their computer, tablet or smartphone. They can:
- Call 800.759.8122 for 24/7 access to a GuidanceConsultant who will answer their questions and, if needed, refer them to a counselor or other resources.
- Log in to their account on HealthTrust’s Secure Enrollee Portal and click on the LifeResources button.
- Visit guidanceresources.com and/or download the app GuidanceNow and enter the Web ID – LIFERESOURCES – to create their username and password.
- Click “Ask the Expert” to receive personal responses to their questions
