Emotional Support for Grief and Loss
When you’re grieving, it can feel overwhelming. This program offers caring support whenever you need it:
  • 24/7 phone access to trained, masters‑level clinicians for immediate, compassionate help
  • Guidance and action planning to help you take things one step at a time
  • Up to three counseling sessions (in person or virtual) per person, per issue, each year
  • A confidential benefit available to beneficiaries and their household members
Funeral Planning Services
Making funeral decisions during a difficult time can be stressful. We can help you feel more confident and informed:
  • A caring assessment of your needs
  • Help finding options, pricing, and availability for funeral homes, caskets, urns, cemeteries, and more
  • A referral packet with three thoughtfully prepared recommendations for each type of service you may need 
Financial Planning
Financial questions often come up during times of loss. You can talk with on-staff accountants and financial specialists via the toll-free number about:
  • Budgeting, including costs related to funeral planning
  • Estate planning
  • Taxes, debt, and real‑estate questions
