We know you sometimes need a break.

Weather you're experiencing a recovery from an illness or injury (or birth!) you might need a break from working out for a bit.
We understand.
Please note:
  • You must provide 10 business days notice for all holds
  • A hold can be no shorter than 1 month or longer than 4 months
  • Hold fees will apply as per your membership agreement
  • Why hold instead of cancel? If you cancel and decide to return, you will be subject to the full registration fee again.
