We know you sometimes need a break.
Weather you're experiencing a recovery from an illness or injury (or birth!) you might need a break from working out for a bit.
- You must provide 10 business days notice for all holds
- A hold can be no shorter than 1 month or longer than 4 months
- Hold fees will apply as per your membership agreement
- Why hold instead of cancel? If you cancel and decide to return, you will be subject to the full registration fee again.
