Body Back® 6- Week mini session is a journey back to YOU.
You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. Classes will be conducted in a socially distanced group setting (or virtually as needed) in order to provide a supportive experience.
Goal Setting: No 2 moms are alike. We'll work with you figure out what you really want to get. It's NOT always weight loss! Sometimes it's just taking back time for yourself or getting back into a routine.
Two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week. Geared to your fitness level and abilities. Promise! If you have physical limitations, let us know so we can work with you.
Pre and post fitness assessments - allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.
Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. You'll get meal planning tools, recipes and support when you want it.
