Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better.
Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Reconnect to your inner strength while connecting to a community of moms in a supportive, encouraging environment.  
Habit Tracker
Tracking your success is a great way to improve your willpower, focus on the positive, and boost your self-esteem. We ask that you track your successes in four different ways on your weekly Habit Tracker:
Mindfulness
Focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. Each class ends with a meditation to leave you feeling recharged and empowered.
Meal Planning
A key component of our eating plan is to avoid the feeling of deprivation or starvation. Broaden your taste buds by trying new, healthy foods. Tell your family that you will be trying new foods & recipes for the next several weeks & make eating an adventure.

Sunday (4pm) & Wednesday (6am-7am)
In-Person OPTION on Sundays

*classes will be recorded and shared in private group for those who can't make 6am class time.

Coach: Jessica Epps 

You will need a yoga mat and water. Equipment will be provided and sanitized before each class. Social Distancing will be enforced in every in-person session. Class will be held via zoom if the weather doesn't cooperate.
