A great opportunity for Discovery teams, clubs, groups and athletic teams to fundraise, serve the Valor community, grow and support one another!

How it works

Valor provides concessions (Swoop’s Snack Shack) for all Varsity level home games played in Valor Stadium, gyms, and ball fields. This year we are opening this as a fundraising opportunity for our Valor community!

Discovery teams, clubs, sports teams, etc. sign up to work a game package (4 games). We will provide everything your team needs to walk in, sell concessions, clean up, and leave. All you need is a team and a responsible adult sponsor on-site at all times.

Detailed Information

Time commitment
The average shift including set-up and tear-down is 3.5 hours. Teams must sign up to work a four-game package, but the same students don't need to work each game. An adult team sponsor must be on-site at all times.

Fundraising potential
Groups who successfully complete their concessions game packages will be eligible to receive the proceeds to be calculated as follows:

Gross sales, less card processing fees, less cost/overhead (40%) = net proceeds
Net proceeds divided by the of game packages = group pay distribution

For student-specific fundraising, teams should provide the names/dates of each worker to Discovery.
