Booking Terms & Conditions

PASSPORTS: Everyone MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). Jones Global Travel is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR!
HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS: You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for a complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photocopy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage may result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Jones Global Travel agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically, the resort will honor these packages up to 45 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: ANY changes made to your existing reservation are subject to a $25 Change Fee per person, the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change.  The $25 change fee is waived if the change is initiated by The resort.
CANCELLATIONS: If you or anybody traveling with you wishes to cancel either your/their holiday, you must contact Jones Global Travel and give notice of the cancellation in writing.  See Cancellation Penalties below.  The reservation will only be cancelled on the date we receive the notice of cancellation. If you cancel, the financial impact of the cancellation will depend on the arrival date and when you cancel.
Note: The date of departure means the date the arrangements you have booked through us commence; that is, flight or hotel arrival.
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any money not refunded (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your travel insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to your insurance company.
Where any cancellation reduces the number of full paying party members below the number on which the price, number of free places and/or any concessions agreed for your booking were based, we will recalculate these items and re-invoice you at the applicable higher price.
Cancellations shall be deemed effective at 11:59 p.m. local central coast United States time on the date Guest communicates such cancellation.
Per person taxes and fees will be refunded to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Once your reservation is made a $100 nonrefundable penalty will be assessed for any cancellations on all components of the itinerary. The aforementioned is per person and in addition to any fees assessed by the resort. Regarding Airline tickets: if Jones Global Travel booked your tickets, they are 100% non-refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Cancellation penalties will apply and unless otherwise noted if your trip is within 85 days it is 100% non-refundable. Please note group terms may override this term. If so, the trip is 100% non-refundable after the final payment date of the group as stipulated.
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received NO LATER THAN 85 days prior to departure. Final payments are not automatically charged. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as reminders may not be sent, however, we try to send reminders about a week before it’s due. Jones Global Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after this date. Late fees will apply.
LATE FEES: Final payments not received prior to the due date on your invoice will incur a $35 per person late fee. All reservations are subject to cancellation and hotel penalties as described above if the final payment is not received on the due date. Late fees are not covered by travel insurance and are always non-refundable. All the above would be protected with the optional Travel Insurance with the exception of late fees. If you do not have insurance – natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancellations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancellation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve you from these penalties. ONLY Travel Insurance will ensure your coverage. All cancellations must be received in writing.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent to you no later than ten (10) days prior to departure date. Please read through these documents immediately; misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates, etc. are not the responsibility of Jones Global Travel Included in your travel documents (if airfare is purchased through Jones Global Travel) are airline electronic ticket receipts (proof of purchase, not boarding passes or actual tickets). Boarding passes are printed at the time of check-in; online with the airline directly, or at the airport when showing passport & checking in luggage. It is very important that you take your travel documents with you in addition to passports and a major credit card for any baggage fees that may apply.
TRAVEL WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES:  Both the U.S. State Department and governments and official tourism bureaus of destinations are great resources. They will give you up-to-date travel advisories as well as any information about the spread of coronavirus in their countries.
BAGGAGE FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Jones Global Travel is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carryon Bag Rules" at www.TSA.gov.
