SAFE STAY PLAN
OTO Development prides itself on providing a safe, comfortable experience for all our guests. In today’s environment, that includes enhanced focus on cleaning, proper distancing, and employee training. The safety and well being of our guests and associates will always be our top priority. We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit. Here are some of the actions we are taking to make it safe for everyone. 
ENVIRONMENT
Cleaning 
  • In order to maintain a clean and safe environment, we use cleaning products from EcoLab that meet or exceed the CDC Guidance for sanitizing surfaces. 
  • We conduct multiple surface cleanings throughout the day with an emphasis on frequent contact areas, including front desk check-in counters, elevator buttons and interiors, bell desks, door handles, public bathrooms, vending machines, ice machines, room keys and locks, ATMs, escalator and stair hand rails, gym equipment, pool seating and surrounding areas, dining surfaces, and all seating areas. 
PUBLIC SPACES
Check-In
  • To increase safety during the check-in process, we have installed plexiglass dividers at all check-in stations to ensure proper distancing.
  • You will find helpful floor decals approaching the check-in desk to help you adhere to proper physical distancing standards. 
Elevator Lobby
  • We have installed helpful signage near all elevators to remind guests to limit the number of occupants in each elevator car to assist with proper distancing. 
Social Distancing
  • We have installed signage and decals throughout our properties to clearly point out the expectations and proper actions to maintain appropriate social distancing for guests and associates. 
FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • We have made some adjustments to our food and beverage options to provide a safer experience for our guests and our associates.
  • Shared use items, such as snacks or basket fruits and vegetables, have been transitioned to individually packaged items.
  • Breakfast buffets have been closed to further ensure your safety.
  • All food deliveries must now be accepted in the lobby rather than delivered directly to rooms.
ASSOCIATES
Training
  • All our associates have undergone extensive training on COVID-19 Health & Sanitation policies, the proper use of personal protective equipment, property hand washing, and use of EcoLab cleaning products to ensure a safe environment.
  • All policies and procedures are reinforced during daily team meetings. 
Procedures
  • All associates are required to follow CDC and OSHA hand washing guidelines, which is regularly reinforced by supervisors and with signage in all break rooms.
  • Our associates are also wearing CDC approved face coverings while working and additional personal protective equipment for certain job functions or employee roles. Where required, employees undergo temperature checks prior to working. 
Our goal is to provide you with the most comfortable and safe experience in our hotels as possible. We have implemented these protocols to help achieve that goal. We have also established proper protocols should we learn of a presumed case of COVID-19 on property, including self-quarantine procedures as well as sanitizing and disinfecting procedures. 
We know travel is not top of mind for many at this time, but we are doing all we can to make travel as comfortable as possible for those who need to do it. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
