What are MoF2F Good Life Groups?

The Missouri Family to Family Good Life Groups are spaces for families to connect over topics that are important to them. Each week, we will feature a different topic as well as a parent "expert" who has experience with the selected topic. Bring your thoughts and questions for a lively discussion, shared tips and tricks, as well as concerns or struggles you might face. We won't have all the answers, but together we will work on problem-solving and coping as we all strive for a Good Life!
Below is a schedule of topics for our Good Life Groups.  From time to time, current events may cause us to change a topic but this is what we have planned.  We will have two groups available that day, one at 12:00 pm and one at 7:00 pm.  You are free to attend one or both!
We are all "experts" in different areas so if you see an area where you shine, click on the "Sign Up to Contribute" button and let us know you are interested in contributing to a discussion.  It can be as simple as words of wisdom or a shared experience all the way up to a prepared presentation.  Share your knowledge and expertise and be MoF2F Star!!
