Party Book is HW Parents' biggest annual fundraiser and a terrific way for Harvard-Westlake parents to come together. Every school year, this exciting array of fabulous events allows us to connect, learn, laugh, mingle and have fun! Proceeds from all events support HW financial aid.
How does it work? Hosts donate parties and parents purchase tickets to attend the parties. Party donations are accepted through December. Party Book officially launches in early January, and parties are held between January and June. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Party Book will look different for the 2020-21 school year. What type of parties are donated? Party Book events have included amazing dinners, cooking classes, guided art tours, adventures, exciting classes taught by HW teachers, local area field trips, and much more -- an abundance of fun organized and donated by HW parents, teachers, staff and administrators.
