Welcome to Overbrook. 

At Overbrook School, we’ve welcomed Nashville’s families for over 80 years.

We started with a dream in 1923 and the purchase of the Joseph Warner estate. Our school began in in the old family home up the street 84 years ago with a few Sisters, a few students, and a prayer that God would grow this school into a place where we would root children in Truth, inspire them to wonder, and challenge them to give their best to the world. 

Overbrook is a place where our students are challenged academically, excel socially, and grow deeper in their faith. It’s a home away from home where your children can be children just a little bit longer. It's a community where joy is multiplied and hardships are lessened.

Today, we’re still joyfully welcoming new families from Nashville and beyond. And we’re still teaching our children the Truth of God’s great love for them.
