Cancellation Policy for 2021 Discovery Center Summer Camps
Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure enrollment. We understand that things can come up that may affect your availability. Here are the options that apply only to the Discovery Center camps above:
Transfer: Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the new date or session (see our programs at http://bit.ly/snapsummer21) for which you wish to re-enroll your child and we will let you know if it is available. The new date or session must be located at Snapology Discovery Center.
Cancellation: If for some reason you need to cancel you have the option to receive a credit on your account. This credit can be used on future Snapology programs, birthday parties, Girl/Boy Scout events, or merchandise and does not apply to programs not registered through Snapology’s website. If you would like to request a refund, you will receive a refund in the form of your original payment less a $10 processing fee. Payments made via credit card may take 7-10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Cancellation by Snapology: In the event that we need to cancel the activity, you will have the option of receiving a 110% account credit or be fully refunded in the form of your original payment. Account credits can be used on future Snapology programs, birthday parties, Girl/Boy Scout events, or merchandise and do not apply to programs not registered through Snapology’s website.
