Summer Camp 2021 registration is now open! Snapology of Forest Hills has seven weeks of awesome day camps at Fun Galaxy from July 5 to August 20. Our STEAM Summer Day Camp 2021 offers a well-rounded program of fun and enriching activities for young children in a positive, nurturing, and creative environment minutes away from Elmhurst Park! Campers will explore and develop skills in various ARTS disciplines, including drawing and painting, arts and crafts, music, singing, dance, and STEAM. This is also balanced with plenty of fun indoor and outdoor creative play, games, and other entertaining and cheerful activities that build social skills.
As part of our commitment to creating a safe enviroment, we are keeping in-person classes small so space is limited to 16 full time campers. To give you further peace of mind, Snapology follows CDC guidelines for sanitation of our supplies and is following all state guidelines for social distancing and small group gatherings. The safety of our students and their families is of utmost importance, particularly during this unprecedented time. Please plan to drop your children off for the session duration. This summer we are offering flexible registration to meet your needs. You can sign up for a full summer session of 7 weeks, choose one week or a combination of weeks, or even daily if seats are available. Daily registration opens on May 1st.
There are no registration fees! Spots for the summer camp program are reserved upon full payment of desired dates. Our small boutique style camp has a limit of 16 campers so register ASAP to reserve your spot! Contact us if you have any questions about cancellations, refunds, safety measures, or anything else. Each camper will be provided with their own station with all materials and supplies for the duration of their time at camp, as well as a personal camp folder. Individual nut-free, healthy snacks and water will be provided. Each camper will bring their own lunch in a labeled lunch box along with a labeled water bottle.

Week 1 (July 5 - 9)Superhero Adventures
Superhero fans will have a blast building and designing their favorite superheroes using LEGO® bricks in projects all week long in this super camp. Each day is a new building adventure, plus kids will learn the STEM secrets behind these heroes' powers. What kind of super powers does your child have?

Week 2 (July 12 - 16)Amusement Park Engineering
Campers will go on an adventure in engineering while they design their own amusement parks in this super fun program! They will learn how to use LEGO® technic bricks, motors and other building materials to make coasters and other awesome rides. Can your child design the next Disney World?

Week 3 (July 19 - 23)Pokemania
Come join Snapology for Pokemania. Students will build and explore the world of Pokemon as they create their own gyms, battles, and even their very own generation of Pokemon. Children will also learn about real world science as they learn about the habitats of the Pokemon. Your child will have a blast becoming the best Pokemon trainer ever!

Week 4 (July 26 - 30)Animal Robotics
In Snapology's Amazing Animals Robotics & Coding Camp, your animal lover will create their own animal-inspired robotic models and make them come to life! Campers will learn about gear ratio, sensors, simple machines, and programming as they build insects, dolphins, gorillas, dinosaurs, and more. Your children are sure to have a wild time as they build, learn, and play with these interactive animal creations!

Week 5 (August 2 - 6)Art & Design Lab
In Snapology’s Brick Art and Design Lab camp, children will draw inspiration and guidance from great works of art like Da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa,” Van Gogh’s “Starry Night,” Wright’s “Falling Water,” and so many more! By the end of the experience, your child will be able to not only share information about famous artists, art forms, and art movements, but create their own unique works of art that reach beyond the past and into the future.

Week 6 (August 9 - 13)Game Bots
Calling all gamers! Campers will have a blast creating robotic games while learning about robotics. They will learn about gear ratio, sensors, programming and pulleys as they create fun to play robotic games. Whether creating a robotic hockey player, pinball machine or a ring toss, your child is sure to have fun building, learning, and playing.

Week 7 (August 16 - 20)Mini-Figure Mania
During this camp we will let your kiddos play with our secret stash of mini-figures...from movie characters, to sea creatures, to SpongeBob! Join us as we shrink ourselves to mini-figure size and create our own mini-figure worlds. Welcome to mini-figure mania!

Virtual Summer Camps
We're taking the STEAM fun online with our virtual camps. These programs include plenty of activity breaks to make sure your child stays active and engaged. Most programs require about a gallon size bag of LEGO® bricks.
