Workshops & Activities
Snapology Austin workshops are a great option for children ages 4-14 to engage in age-appropriate LEGO® engineering and robotics activities, gain social skills, and build creativity.
Snapology Austin workshops are located at the Snapology Austin Discovery Center and will be offered on School Holidays, Thanksgiving, & Winter Break. Classes are full day, 8:30 am - 3 pm, with extended care options for an additional fee. Class sizes will be limited and masks are required. Workshops are facilitated by an experienced Snapology Austin instructor that will engage children in age-appropriate robotics and building activities. At Snapology Austin, we value the mind-body connection, and children will engage in brain breaks and physical play throughout the day. All workshops will include creating with LEGO® and other building toys, daily motorized or robotic activities, supplemental creative building activities that tie in with our workshop theme, plenty of mosaics & Minifigures, and outdoor time for body movement.

Deposits & Payment
- Activities less than $100 will be charged the full tuition rate at the time of enrollment.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance will be auto charged to the credit card on file 2 weeks before the activity start date.

Enrollment Confirmation & Schedule
- After enrolling, you will receive an email from support@snapology.com with your child's name, activity information, dates, & time. If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM folder or search support@snapology.com and mark this email as safe.
- Any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file two weeks before the activity start date.
- Activity details including, Instructor name, location details, discipline agreement, COVID screening, drop-off/pick-up information, private camp photo album, and what your child will need at camp will be sent 3 days prior to the activity start date.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
- Snapology Austin deposits are nonrefundable. Should your schedule change, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a different Snapology Austin activity occurring within 90 days.
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the activity date (paid in full) are non-refundable. The paid amount can be transferred to a Snapology Austin activity occurring within 90 days.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the activity date and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Transfers are subject to class availability and only available at locations that enroll directly through Snapology Austin's website.
- Prorates, single-day camp and make-up days are not available.
- Class tuition is not based on attendance; it reserves your spot for the class or camp. NO MAKE-UP classes are offered in an effort to keep our class groups consistent and to facilitate community rapport within each child's group.

- Transfers will be processed and confirmed via email within 72 business hours.

Parties
Parties at Snapology Austin are AWESOME and available for booking! Party packages start at $375 and include:
- 2- hour private rental of our Discovery Center, playground, & private parking.
- Full-service set-up, break down, and party facilitator for 12 kids
- Guided and creative building activities based on the theme of your choice.
- Decorations, plates, napkins, serving ware, & paper needs are included.
- To register select your preferred party date/time slot and complete the requested information.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the party date & time.

Homeschool, Pod, & Scouting Events- Customizable 2-3 hour activities include:
- Guided robotics, engineering, or themed building options
- Engaging creative play & outdoor time

After School Enrichment
ENROLLING for JANUARY 2022 at the
Snapology Austin Discovery Center
We are excited to reboot our after-school enrichment program in 2022! Snapology Austin will provide weekly transportation from select schools to our Discovery Center for an afternoon of guided LEGO® inspired robotics and engineering activities, creative building time, and outdoor play. Parents are responsible for pick up from the Discovery Center by 6 pm. Spots are limited, and transportation is provided from the specific school and day of the week listed below.
- Weekly After School Enrichment with transportation:
- Tuesday - Patton Elementary
- Wednesday - Barton Hills Elementary
- Thursday - Joslin Elementary
- Enrollment is limited, and pricing is for the full semester
- Classes begin the week of January 11 - May 13, 2021
- (There will be no class the week of Spring Break - March 14-18)
- Classes are one day per week and include transportation from your child's school on the date listed above to the Snapology Austin Discovery Center. Parents will pick up from the Snapology Austin Discovery Center by 6 pm.
- Class hours 3 pm - 6 pm
- Activities include 90-minute LEGO® inspired enrichment activity, creative & outdoor play, & snack.
- Cost: $600
- A $150 deposit is required at the time of enrollment to hold your child's spot. Monthly payments of $150 will be auto charged on
February 1
March 1
April 1 - Snapology will require a minimum class size of 8. Deposits for classes that do not meet the minimum by January 5, 2022, will be refundable. Snapology Austin provides weekly class size updates to enrolled families beginning December 13, 2021.
