COVID-19 Policies

The safety of our families and staff is #1. Snapology Austin will follow guidance from the CDC and Austin Public Health and reserves the right to update COVID-19 policies as needed. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our facilities and families safe. 

What to expect at camp

Snapology Austin offers full and half-day camps in five locations throughout Austin.
Snapology Austin workshops are an excellent option for children ages 4 1/2 -13 to engage in age-appropriate LEGO® inspired engineering and robotics activities, gain social skills, and build creativity.  Class sizes will be limited to 14 -16 campers per group, and groups will be divided by age (4-7 & 8+). Snapology Austin instructors are mature teachers with experience and compassion.  At Snapology Austin, we value the mind-body connection, and children will engage in social brain breaks and physical play throughout the day. Each day of camp brings a new guided motorized, robotic, or coding activity, a supplemental creative building activity that ties in with the camp theme, free play with plenty of mosaics & Minifigures, and outdoor time for fresh air and body movement.

How to Enroll

Tuition and Payment Methods

  • All camps require a $100 nonrefundable deposit to register.
  • The remaining balance will be auto-charged to the credit card on file two weeks before the activity start date. 
  • Full tuition is due if enrolling within two weeks of the start date.

Enrollment Confirmation & Schedule

  • After enrolling, you will receive an email from support@snapology.com with your child's name, activity information, dates, & time. If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM folder or search support@snapology.com and mark this email as safe.
  • Any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file two weeks before the activity start date.
  • Activity details, including, Instructor name, location details, discipline agreement, COVID screening, drop-off/pick-up information, private camp photo album, and what your child will need at camp, will be sent three days prior to the activity start date. 

    Attendance & Cancellation Policy
  • Snapology Austin deposits are nonrefundable. Should your schedule change, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a different Snapology Austin activity occurring within 90 days. 
  • Cancellations less than two weeks before the activity date (paid in full) are non-refundable. The paid amount can be transferred to a Snapology Austin activity within 90 days, less a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours before the activity date and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Transfers are subject to class availability and only available at locations that enroll directly through Snapology Austin's website.
  • Prorates, single-day camp, and make-up days are not available. 
  • Class tuition is not based on attendance; it reserves your spot for the class or camp. NO MAKE-UP classes are offered to keep our class groups consistent and to facilitate community rapport within each child's group.

Schedule Changes

  • If you would like to request a transfer or remove your child from a scheduled activity, email austin@snapology.com and include
    • Guardian's first & last name
    • Child's first & last name
    • Current activity, name, & date
    • New activity, name, & date
    • Transfers will be processed and confirmed via email within 72 business hours.
