Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of registration to secure enrollment in this Snapology activity. This is a non-refundable fee under the following conditions. CANCELLATION BY YOU: We understand that things come up, and you may need to cancel or transfer your child to another date or session. TRANSFER: Contact us to let us know the new date or session for which you wish to re-enroll your child; this must be done at least 5 days before the beginning of the registered session. REFUND: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks until the session start date, then you will receive a full refund less a 10% processing fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the session start date, a 20% refund will be issued or 100% credit towards future Snapology programs. MEDICAL ISSUES: We understand that medical issues may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will provide a full refund less a 10% processing fee if you submit a written excuse from your child's physician. CANCELLATION BY SNAPOLOGY: In the event that the activity is cancelled due to low enrollment or any other reason, you will be refunded 100% accordingly. Cancellations *due to Covid-19 provincial mandate in New Brunswick will receive a full refund or 100% credit towards a future event. NO SHOWS/INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR Customers who fail to provide notice of cancellation at least two weeks in advance (no show) shall forfeit any fees paid. Notice may be provided by email, by phone or in person. Customers/children who fail to change inappropriate behaviour after having been cautioned by Snapology's staff will forfeit fees and not be allowed to return to the facility. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: physical, verbal or sexual harassment of staff or customers, not following safety rules or regulations, continued disregard of direction, intentional destruction or damage to property, etc.
