Deposit: $200 per person, then 9 monthly payments of $494 or one payment of $4641 per person, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy requests need to be sent to info@abundantexcursions.com.

  • Luggage allowance on group transportation is based on one standard-sized suitcase and one small carry-on per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY 


Due to contractual agreements with our vendors, all deposits and payments are not refundable.
If for any reason you are unable to travel you will be responsible for finding an acceptable replacement to buy you out. Or if we have anyone on the waitlist, that will be able to take your spot. 
If you elect to purchase travel insurance, it must be purchased within 7 days from the time your reservation has been secured. Please note the $200 per person deposit is for land-only vacation packages.  Airfare is not included in the vacation package.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 


Having travel insurance will protect your investment and give you peace of mind.  We recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance.  If you do not purchase travel insurance, there is no guarantee that any money will be refunded back to you.  Travel insurance must be purchased within 7 days from the time you have secured your deposit payment.  You will be required a sign a form to accept or decline travel insurance.  If you decide to purchase travel insurance, here's a travel insurance company you can use to request a quote: Travel Insurance - Compare and Buy Trip Insurance Online. Or you can select your own travel insurance company. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO GET STARTED

  • An initial Non-Refundable Deposit will be due at the time of registering.  
  • The rates listed are based on double occupancy.  Single occupancy requests need to be sent to info@abundantexcursions.com. 
  • It is required that roommates who request individual invoices make their own separate reservations noting the name of your roommate on the registration form. 
  • You are NOT officially confirmed/registered until we receive a copy of your completed Travel Registration Form and the required deposit
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.  If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without sending an email communication to Abundant Excursions, Inc., your reservation will automatically be canceled. 
  • FINAL PAYMENT DUE:  FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2024, NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
  • A Valid Passport is required to travel to/from Italy.

F.A.Q

  1. Does the price include airfare?
        No. Everyone will need to book their airfare independently. You should fly into Rome Airport which is and depart from Florence.   We will provide the exact date as to when flight itineraries are due. 
     2.  Does the price include all meals?
         Only the ones specified above.
     3. Is there an option for a payment plan? 
        Yes, there is a required monthly payment plan.  The schedule will be revealed on your invoice once the deposit payment has been submitted. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.  If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without sending an email communication to Abundant Excursions, Inc., your reservation will automatically be canceled. The final payment is due by April 5, 2024.  
   4.   Can I purchase travel insurance?
         Yes. It will be an additional cost. The price will depend on the type of travel insurance you select. 
    5.   Is there smoking allowed on the properties?
          Smoking is not allowed inside the hotels.  Only outside is smoking allowed. 
    6.  If I do not have my passport, can I still register?
         Yes, you can still register.  However, is it advised that you submit your passport application as soon as possible to avoid any delay.  We would hate for you to have to cancel due to not receiving your passport in time. 
    7.   Can I bring my dog?
          No dogs are allowed.
