June 16- June18Jr Scientists: All About Animals (Pk- 1) 9:00am-12:00pm
Do you know what mammal is the largest on Earth? Or how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly? Did you know that reptiles are the oldest creatures on the planet? Jr. Scientists: All About Animals invites your little zoologists to analyze the differences between vertebrate and invertebrate, construct their way through the butterfly and frog life cycle, build reptiles, and examine the differences and similarities between insects and arachnids using Kid K'NEX® pieces. Your child will too busy exploring the animal world to realize that they are gaining critical social, motor, and developmental skills.

Watch your little learner explore and be amazed at what they can create! Your child will participate in various creative play activities designed to promote creative, social, and expressive skills. Through building with LEGO® DUPLO®, imaginative play, and stories, your learner won’t even realize how much they are learning!

Children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build simple models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design. Whether learning about sensors while building drills and magic wands, or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building helicopters and robotic dogs, your child is sure to have a great time

July 14- July 18Snapology Favorites: Video Game Edition ( K-2) 12:30-3:30pm
Indulge your child's gaming obsession IRL at this hands-on, creative camp. It's all about games, games, games, and we will use LEGO® bricks to recreate some of your child's favorites. Roblox lovers will enjoy recreating their favorite "obbies," 3D versions of character skins, and designing and playing LEGO-based Roblox-style games. On Fortnite day, kids will jump at the chance to build island scenes, maps, skins, and more. Minecraft fans will use LEGO bricks to craft their own world, travel to the Nether--but watch out for creepers! Mario and Luigi will lend some zany antics to the week on Super Mario day, and Pokémon hunters will love "catching," building, and battling with their favorite Pokémon characters! Throughout the week, campers will also enjoy mini games and challenges related to these super-popular video games. PLEASE NOTE: Rest assured that we will keep this video-game themed camp series SCREEN-FREE and VIOLENCE-FREE. Emphasis will be on characters and scenery ONLY from these popular video games.

In Snapology's Real World Robotics class, students interested in technology will create robotic models inspired by real life robotic technologies. Students will learn about gear ratio, sensors, simple machines, and programming as they build alarm devices, earthquake detectors, robotic arms, and much more. Your child will have a blast exploring the world ofrobotic technologies as they build, learn, and play.

Jr Favorites: Underwater Explorers (PK-1) 12:30pm-3:30pm
Students will discover all sorts of fun in the ocean in this camp that uses robotics, coding, art, and engineering concepts to teach children about their underwater friends. Your learner will be too busy underwater exploring, building and creating to realize that they are also gaining critical social and developmental skills

July 28- Aug 1Animation Studio (3rd-5th grade) 9:00am-12:00pm
Who doesn’t love an action-packed animation movie that brings our favorite toys to life? In Snapology’s Animation Studio program, students get to do more than just enjoy those movies, they get to create them! In this technical program, children will work in teams to learn the fundamentals of stop motion animation and develop their own animated movie starring some of their favorite LEGO® mini-figures! Students will go through the entire movie making process with their filming partner, from plot development and set design to detailed visual and audio editing. The best part, their movie will move beyond the classroom and be uploaded to Snapology’s YouTube channel so they can share their film with friends and family for years to come!

Combat Robots (2nd-5th) 12:30pm-3:30pm
Do you think your child can build the strongest and most agile robot? Can their robot win a head-to head combat mission? Your child will discover basic strategies for building sturdy structures and then apply that knowledge to build a robot for friendly competition. They should be prepared to learn more about engineering while having tons of fun!
