Taste, psychological, and physiological responses to cheese pizza
Pizza enthusiasts are invited to participate in a three-part study.

If eligible, you would:
  • Complete interviews and questionnaires about pizza preferences
  • Eat a large cheese pizza and have blood drawn on two different mornings
  • At all three visits you would complete questionnaires about your pizza eating experience
  • Total time commitment is estimated at four hours.
You could be paid up to $100 for completing all parts of the study.
