Center for Equity & Diversity in Engineering continued...

At the end of the spring term and this summer, the center director, LeAsha Moore, led workshops that collaborate with campus-wide efforts to support students:

• Office of Student Leadership and Involvement: This workshop informed graduating seniors on tools and resources to be informed on DEI initiatives within their jobs post-graduation.

• College of Science STEM Scholar Camp: This workshop discussed how to have a sense of belonging on campus. The workshop allowed students to become more knowledgeable about student organizations, involvement opportunities, how to report incidents of biases and resources to support them while on campus.
