She received both her B.S. and her MBA from UNO.
Gremillion has been coming to UNO since 1988, beginning as a student and ending up with her lifelong career here. Gremillion’s husband and triplets are proud of her, but she says she was “surprised and shocked” to be receiving this award, saying her “work ethic is to come in and just get things done.”
Currently, she is working on real estate research for the commercial and residential markets for their annual New Orleans and Northshore Region Real Estate Market Analysis, which will be published in April 2024. She has begun to plan for the 2024 Dr. Ivan Miestchovich Economic Outlook and Real Estate Forecast seminars, including the UNO-hosted New Orleans Metro Area session.
Robert Pennick, director of the Institute of Economic Development and Real Estate Research and instructor of finance, recommended her for the award.
