The College of Business Administration conspired together to throw a surprise party for Illia. Dr. Williamson said, while presenting her the award, “[She] has consistently demonstrated her passion for doing things right, which resonates with her colleagues and contributes to the overall success of the College of Business.” She continued, “Her vibrant personality and commitment to fostering a sense of hospitality have made her an enjoyable and essential member of the team.” Dr. Green commented that “Illia exemplifies the hospitality spirit that we instill in our HRT students.” Illia’s outstanding personality and high-spirited heart bring a sense of warmth and positivity to the atmosphere of the college.
The Service with Jazz award highlights faculty and staff who embody the supportive values of our school, and a certificate of recognition is given to those who go above and beyond in their duties.
