The camp targets math and biology instruction, giving the students a jump start on their first semester at UNO.

This year, 15 science majors and 9 engineering majors participated in the camp. Activities included a selfie scavenger hunt to get acquainted with locations around campus; workshops on student success skills like time management and study skills; meetings with college advisors, UNO alumni and current UNO STEM students; tours of the Colleges of Sciences and Engineering departments and an award luncheon on the final day to recognize students who excelled at camp.
