Foster-Martinez Grants continued . . .

In collaboration with the University of Washington, she was awarded $63,123 for her project entitled “Implementing species-specific root traits into hydrodynamic and geomorphological models of marsh evolution to understand Blue Carbon dynamics.” 
For a second project, she received $98,000 to collaborate with the Water Institute and US Army Corps of Engineers on “Geomorphic Stabilization of the East Bank of the Lowermost Mississippi River."
